HOW DO WE RECRUIT?
Selecting the right staff for the project is a guarantee of effective and timely implementation. Over the years, we have developed a recruitment system that allows us to match the Candidate to the nature of the project and the Contractor.
We start the recruitment process with the first meeting with the Contractor, during which we not only present the prospects and scope of cooperation, but above all we learn about the scale and scope of the project, the organizational structure, the nature of the tasks and the team that the VENS employee will be a part of. We pay special attention to discussing the competences that the Contractor values. The conversation allows us to analyze the potential opportunities and threats of the project, the first proposals for improvements, establish the principles and schedule of activities and the option of expanding recruitment with tests provided by the Contractor.
In the system we have developed, consisting of questions checking predispositions, soft and practical skills, we are able to present candidates who meet the expectations discussed during the first meeting. Our priority is to take care of the Contractor’s time – by entrusting us with the recruitment process, the Contractor only takes part in the last interview, after which they make the decision to establish cooperation.
