HOW DO WE RECRUIT?
Selecting the right staff for a project guarantees effective and timely implementation. Over the years, we have developed a recruitment system that allows us to match the candidate to the nature of the project and the client.
The recruitment process begins with an initial meeting with the client, during which we not only present the prospects and scope of the collaboration, but above all, we learn about the scale and scope of the project, the organizational structure, the nature of the tasks, and the team the VENS candidate will be a part of. We pay particular attention to discussing the competencies valued by the client. This interview allows us to analyze potential opportunities and risks of the project, initial suggestions for improvements, establish a framework and timeline, and the option of expanding the recruitment process with tests provided by the client.
Our system, consisting of questions assessing aptitudes, soft skills, and practical skills, allows us to present candidates who meet the expectations discussed during the initial meeting. Our priority is to manage the client’s time – by entrusting us with the recruitment process, the client only participates in the final interview, after which they make the decision to pursue cooperation.
