Our external recruitment system is based on at least four interviews, the aim of which is to check the competencies, soft skills and predispositions in order to best match the Candidate’s expectations regarding career development. A telephone interview allows us to get to know the Candidate, present the details of the offer and work at VENS. We conduct subsequent interviews online or in person – meetings focus on the Candidate’s practical skills and technical aspects of the work. The last stage of the interview gives us the opportunity to get to know the Client, the team and the workplace.
