Our external recruitment system is based on a minimum of four interviews, the purpose of which is to assess competencies, soft skills, and aptitudes to best align career development expectations. A telephone interview allows us to get to know the candidate, presenting details of the offer and the partnership with VENS. Subsequent interviews are conducted online or in-person, focusing on practical skills and the technical aspects of the collaboration. The final stage of the interview provides an opportunity to learn more about the client, the team, and the location where the work will be performed.
